The Brown pipe rest is made with Grecian Makis briar with a very nice brown and contrasting black stain added to it. It has a beautiful lighter brown color that does not try to compete with almost any pipe it is holding and is great to put your favorite pipe in. This pipe rest will hold small, medium and larger bowled pipes very well but any pipes with stems that are longer than about 7 inches do sit as firmly in it.
